NSW Property Market Residential market continues to be patchy and very area specific. Some cooling in the top end luxury following recent share market falls. Outlook in the short term overall steady with modest increases expected in the medium term.
Finance Outlook Majors continue to claw back margins following credit crunch and shrinking market for 2nd tier lenders. This is expected to continue until later in 2008 when some levelling out will occur.
Interest Rates Rate rise continues to be a threat from RBA particularly given the latest inflation figures. Most industry experts agree that if we haven’t reached the top we are very close to it with modest falls predicted in 2009
